We send the small packages
via international priority mail and we offer to our
costumers a tracking number that the postal service
provides to us but unfortunately this tracking number is
not trackable in countries like US, Russia and UK. but
the mail service provide to us delivery confirmation.
The regular delivery time with this service takes 1 to 2
weeks. We send our regular packages of 1 pound or more
via UPS and it is full trackable worldwide and the
delivery time takes 3 to 5 days. If you want to receive
your order faster we recommend you add more of 2 small
products to your shopping cart and we will send your
products via UPS. Sometimes may be a delay of a few days
in be send your order because most of our products are
handmade and are not stored in warehouses in mass
quantities.

We ship our products by UPS, international Express Mail Service (EMS), a function of the Peruvian postal service operated in cooperation with postal services throughout the world. Now
we use UPS too.

If you already have your tracking number and want to find out the status of your package, you have to
enter to www.ups.com or call your local Mail Service and tell your tracking number. They will give you information about your order or you can contact us to peruhandicraft.com@gmail.com and we will give you the status of your order.

worry if your tracking number don't work in your local
mail company it hapen because the package is
international and they just will have the tracking
number of your order when the product arrive to them.

Furthermore, artists remain fully independent--they are free to raise their prices, lower their prices, or remove their items from our website. By cutting out the long strings of middlemen, Peruhandicraft allows both consumers and artisans to get the most out of each and every transaction.
8. What is your policy on
returns and exchanges?
In the unlikely event that we process your order incorrectly or ship you a defective item, we will take back that item and replace with the original product, with no additional charge.

As all of our products are individually handmade, all sizes given must be considered as approximations, and minor imperfections and slight variations in color or design from items depicted should be expected.

Delivery Policy
We are not responsible if you do not receive
your order if you provide us a wrong address. We sent all our
package by certificate mail that mean the someone have to sign at
the moment to receive the package. If you think that you or other
will not be at the address that you provide us to receive the
package please contact us to send the package by other service if
you do not do that we are not responsible if you do not receive your
order. If you will move to other address and you don't tell us, we
are not responsible if you do not receive your order. The mail will
try to deliver the package until 3 times in the address that you
provide us but if not find any person at the address, we are not
responsible if you do not receive your order. If you have any

Peruhandicraft.com only charges customers what it costs
us to ship products to you. It is your responsibility to
determine any additional costs such as, but not limited
to customs import duties, brokerage fees, local delivery
charges, etc. Peruhandicraft.com makes every effort to
value shipments as low as we can and we always mark
shipments as "GIFT" while reporting enough value to
cover insurance on shipments that have insurance. If a
package is refused for any reason and returned to us,
any subsequent delivery charges will NOT be refunded. If
customer provides an invalid address when ordering, all
shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility
including fees charged to Peruhandicraft.com to have the
package returned to us, and re-shipment fees to return
the package to you if you so choose.
